This oyster knife features a duel wood burl handle with a resin and copper inlay band between the burls. Each knife starts as a sheet of 3/16” stainless steel and is then cut, shaped, beveled and polished before a handle is custom fitted to each blade. All of our knives are paired with a leather sheath.
