This oyster knife features a wood burl and resin blend handle. The back resin in this knife handle has a gold wire inlay. Each knife starts as a sheet of 3/16” stainless steel and is then cut, shaped, beveled and polished before a handle is custom fitted to each blade. All of our knives are paired with a leather sheath.
